Reserve your Audi Terms and Conditions

Reserving your preferred Audi is dependent on a hold being placed on your credit card for the reservation amount of $250. The credit card supplied will be held for a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date the credit card hold is placed or beforehand if requested, or upon completion of your vehicle purchase.

By reserving your preferred Audi, you are expressing interest in the specified vehicle. Your payment places you at the top of the priority order queue. The credit card hold shows intent to enter a contract with an authorised dealer for the sale and purchase of a vehicle in the future.

The credit card hold does not guarantee a vehicle will be supplied; it ensures that your position as a priority consumer to be contacted before all others.

Upon confirmation of a successful credit card hold, Audi New Zealand will pass your details to your selected Audi Authorised Dealership for discussing any potential purchase.

In the event you do not proceed to completion of purchase with an Audi Authorised Dealer either via a finance agreement or cash purchase by the end of the 7th day, the credit card hold will be released.

By reserving your preferred Audi you confirm to us that the card used is registered to you and/or you are authorised to use the payment method put forward.

We will confirm your credit card hold by email, using the email address you have provided.
